About Kudo Law
Ross Kudo is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over 20 years of experience in practice.
Ross commenced articles of clerkship in 2001 at Sonnenberg Hoffmann & Galombik (today Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs) and following his articles went on to be promoted to an associate of the firm.
In 2006 he joined Bernadt Vukic Potash & Getz and was promoted to a partner of the firm in 2010, heading the firm’s litigation department from 2015 to 2020.
Ross holds the degree BA LLB having graduated from the University of Cape Town in 2001.
Ross has represented and advised several private and publicly listed corporate entities based in South Africa and abroad in the resolution of complex commercial disputes across a wide variety of industries. He has acted for financial institutions, property groups, leading retailers, wine and golf estates, mining companies, members of the metal recycling industry and other corporate and private clients in a number of high profile litigation matters.
Ross is a regular guest lecturer of the Department of Private Law at the University of Cape Town.
